Terms of Use

Multi-Journal is provided as a private writing space for personal journaling, reflection, and note-keeping. The service is not intended for publishing copyrighted, illegal, or harmful material. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Your content and responsibility

All content you create or upload to Multi-Journal remains yours. You are solely responsible for the content stored in your account, including text, images, and any other uploaded material. You must not upload, store, or distribute content that you do not have the legal right to possess or store. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to store, illegal content or content that violates privacy, data protection, or intellectual property laws. Multi-Journal does not review, monitor, or inspect your content, and therefore cannot verify its legality. Responsibility for compliance rests entirely with the account holder.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should take immediate steps to secure it. You may export your data or delete your account at any time.

Service availability and liability

Multi-Journal is provided “as is”. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure reliability and data integrity, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. You agree that use of the service is at your own risk. Multi-Journal shall not be held liable for data loss, service interruption, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, except where required by applicable law.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You may manage your subscription and cancel renewal at any time through your account settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, unless required by law.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data is permanently removed. Multi-Journal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these terms or applicable laws.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
