It seems to me that I am the source of all my fears, and of all my joy.

Whether on an individual, planetary, cosmic, physical or metaphysical scale, I am the source of all fear and all joy.

So I am beyond it. A witness to it.

I can choose then, how deeply I am touched by it. There's a sense of tranquility and peace in this.

If I am the source of all fears, there is nothing to fear.

Unless I should be afraid of myself, and run from myself.

To do so is wholly irrational.
