Intelligence explosion without wisdom explosion, might create a very clever dystopia.

Wisdom, unlike intellect, cannot be programmed into a slab of silicone.

Intelligence without wisdom, is a sword without a handle. It'll cut both ways.

It can be argued that such heavy emphasis on intelligence, but lack of wisdom is what created this ecology and climate crisis in the first place. Perhaps then, the AI development is guided by the same lack of wisdom as created these other problems.

Will we have an AI crisis on top of the other problems we face?

I don't know.

I just know we need wisdom, now more than ever before.
