If there is a thought, there will always be a counterthought. Disagreement. If there is a force, there will always be a counterforce. Opposition.

Israel and Hamas. Russia and NATO. Capitalism and socialism. War and peace. Truth and lies. Love and hate.

How can we escape this rule of thought which creates such suffering? Such division between "us and them"?

Only by understanding that we are all fundamentally one.

That what we are, is love.
