The Sanity of Insanity

To become sane, one must first be insane.

To become blissful, one must first feel depression.

To become wise, one must first be a fool.

The negative serves as a prophet of the positive. And the positive, a prophet for the negative.

Or in more folksy terms. After the rain comes the sun.

So it is not a "bad" thing to be insane. It is not a "bad" thing to be depressed. It is also not a "bad" thing to be a fool.

All states participates in the breath of life. The in and the out of it.

Which is why, despite being tired of human cruelty and stupidity, I do not see that as a negative thing. It is rather a harbinger of change.

A sober kind of hope.
