The Life, the Truth and the Way
It always rubbed me the wrong way, that the man who called himself "The Life, the truth and the way", in Christianity was only ever truly celebrated for his death.
There is something wrong about it all. Christianity seen from that space, is blood-magic and ritual cannibalism. To me, his life and teachings are far more important, and far more capable of saving an individual from ignorance, than is his death.
So yes, I suppose I am calling Paul a fraud. And by doing that, I am also calling the entire Church - as it exists today, a direct result of Pauline teachings - a fraud. And by doing that, I am in a metaphorical sense lifting Jesus out of the tomb they placed him in.
Celebrate the living essence instead. The same one, that exists in you. Doing that, is a resurrection. Doing that, you can truly claim that he lives in you.
Before you admit to yourself that "Yes, I am in actuality Jesus, born again" how do you think this could ever become true in your mind? It begins with the reluctant, even fearful admittance that "Yes, it is possible".
That possibility widens, opens, expands until it becomes lived truth.
And when it becomes a lived truth, you have walked the way. Then, finally, you know how powerful you truly are. Life expands, endless possibility. In this space, you wont ever say "It cannot be done, it is impossible" ever again.
Finally, revisiting the blood magic and ritual cannibalism of the eucharist. This too, can be seen in a non-dual lens. If one admits that the entire universe is the body of Christ, then even that macabre ritual makes perfect sense, because it is not that the bread is literal flesh, nor the wine literal blood - yet, it is the body of Christ by virtue of being part of the universe.
Christianity has been founded on non-dual teachings, and if one looks closely enough it still shines through.
God is not an outside entity, but an internal reality.
