I once realized that the point where absolute darkness meets absolute light is where I exist.

It can look like sunlight.
Or the dark of night.
Or the trembling hush of dawn.

Likewise, the place where the absolute past meets the absolute future, that is what I call Now.

Both the past and the future are real.
Just as both darkness and light are real.
And yet, they are only complete when they meet.

Right here.

The choices I make today shape who I become.
But just as truly
the person I will become determines the choices I make today.
This reality is a singularity.
A single point, for lack of a better word.
A source from which everything arises

the dark and the light
the future and the past
the heat and the cold
the life and the death.

It all converges here

as this luminance
as this moment
as this temperature
as this physical condition.

Time is not linear.

It is eternal.

Not moving, but unfolding.
And we are the centre from which it blooms.
And then, when we arrive at the centre
we might come to realize there is nothing at all to fear.

The work is done.

The path is clear.

And your future self is calling
