In a metaphorical sense, I am a free radical.

As a free thinker, I aim to get to the root of problems, and that’s what "radical" truly means: rootedness.

Opposing the free radicals are the antioxidants. Metaphorically, the conservative forces in society trying to maintain the status quo.

But I think Gaia’s body is forming quite a few free radicals these days. Because the status quo no longer serves us. And when the system stagnates, free radicals are exactly what’s needed.

Is how I use metaphorical language to smuggle truth past the guards at the gate of ordinary thinking. It does not matter that you know what I am smuggling, because the truth speaks for itself once it has been seen.

Don't think about this too deeply. Or you may become a free radical too.
