Doing Nothing

If you try to do absolutely nothing, you will fail because you are "doing" nothing. It is therefore not possible to be completely inactive; inactivity itself is an activity. So, do lazy people who do less than others exist?

No.

There are, however, people who are less productive, measured by society's standard of productivity. But we all "do" just as much during a given period of time.

They say time is money. That might be true if you use society's standard measurement. But more fundamentally, time is change. And we are all changing, all the time. I am not the same now as when I got up today. I have "done" a whole day! Wasting a day is only possible if you think in terms of productivity. For those who don't, every day is a gift and not a duty.
