Does thoughts exist?
The notion that there is such a thing as "thoughts" is in a sense misleading, a way in which our language and subjective experience of something masks what is actually going on.
There are no thoughts, there is just thinking.
It is an activity of the mind, much in the same way as walking is an activity of the feet and there is no such thing as a "walk". Intrusive thoughts is rather comparable to the idea that your feet suddenly should start jogging, without your conscious effort to do so. The mind can be quite unruly sometimes.
We are in a sense, though we perceive ourselves as individuals, simply a part of the whole ongoing process.
Much like there is no thoughts, there similarly is no "me". Rather, there is a "me'ing" going on.
We are what the universe is doing. There is nothing apart from that. Every "thought" you ever had, came from that, was born in that, contributes to that.
The universe itself thinks, in you. It is alive. It is conscious. You are the living thinking proof of it.
There really are no things, fundamentally.
Just the one fluid ever changing process to which everything belongs.
