Salvation might not be something which is handed to us, but instead something we must prepare ourselves to give. We ourselves must become the source of grace we hope to find. That way we can be it for others, and they can be it for us.

This perspective resonates quite strongly with what Jesus himself taught. But it goes contrary to what Paul taught which often emphasize faith in Jesus over the transformational experience of becoming Christ-like. It is not faith in Jesus that saves. It is the realization that he lives in you, and you must be that which you seek. Which is a non-dual insight.

The kingdom of God is within.

And so I echo what mystics across traditions have said: we are not separate from the divine, and salvation is not elsewhere - it’s here, now, when we become that which we truly are.

Ask yourself this, and answer truly. Who, among all the humans on Earth would you condemn to eternal suffering?

My answer is "Not a single one"
